Was wondering if anyone out there created a Nohrian scum squad (Nohrian siblings: Xander, Camilla, Leo, Elise) or Hoshidan sibling squad (Ryoma, Hinoka, Takumi, Sakura) for the lols. Or if there are any other themed squads out there if anyone has made any :D

While she can be married to Hector or Eliwood, I believe that the canon is that she marries Rath and is Sue's mother.

Well depending on how you play she can be roy mom or lilina mom. Another option is that she married Rath.
Hector can also be with Florina or Farina.

I've made a couple of teams based their artist.
Like team Mayo is Stahl, Sully, Jeorge and Sheena or more recently (and more effectively) team Yura consisting of Navarre, Subaki, Clarisse (previously Niles) and Sonya.
There are a couple others I wanted to try out like Suekane Kumiko, which could consist of Camus, Fredrick, Laslow and Odin but I've yet to get a decent Fred and Odin is...well, Odin.

I *almost* have this team - Xander, Elise, and Spring Camilla. Right now I round it out with Reinhardt, but I'm not sure I would swap in Leo if I had him...
