Julius Infernal GHB

Now I'm being stubborn and really want to beat this GHB with Ishtar on my team. But I'm having trouble doing so. Has anyone used her successful on a team to beat the Infernal version? Or have ideas of what type of characters may be good teammates for beating the map with Ishtar?

Umh, I won with Delthea on my team, Ishtar is almost the same. If you have these units, try with MGrima, LIke and Sword Rein (yes I killed Julius with Reinhard lol). All with reposition except for Grima, wich use swap. If you need further advice, tell me

I don't have Sword Rein and I have M!Grima but I don't like using him. I prefer Amelia for my green armor even if she doesn't have DC. But now I've managed to beat it with Ishtar, Nowi, Arvis, and Quad BB Innes. Although Innes in Desperation range had to kill Julius and not Ishtar so it wasn't as satisfying, I guess I'll have to settle for Ishtar having defeated him on the lower difficulties...

Call me lazy but Brave Bow+ (I have one on LA!Roy) and double dancer (Olivia/Inigo) did the trick for me. I had a Firesweep F!Takumi as my fourth to kite the Blue Armor unit towards the end, but I'm sure you could replace him with Ishtar and use a similar strategy.

The idea being to nuke and then dance/Reposition out of the fight. I'd suggest Desperation on Ishtar (if you have the fodder) to make sure you're taking advantage of her speed and nuking units before they can retaliate, and it synergizes well with a Wings of Mercy dancer. I'd also think that some type of Player Phase green counter (Lilina, Nino, Axebreakers, etc.) would work well with Ishtar to help handle the greens that she can't ORKO.

I don't really like using double dancers, outside of when I'm leveling a unit or grinding sp for one particular unit. Although all I have is Olivia and Lance Azura, maybe if Lene gets demoted and I summon her maybe she'll change my mind on using dancers more but I doubt I'll summon her on the current banner when I'm out of orbs and have been lucky enough to get +spd Ishtar and an Ares already.

I did now manage to beat it with Ishtar, Nowi, Arvis, and Quad BB Innes (able to quad kill axe). Although Innes in Desperation range had to kill Julius and not Ishtar so I'm still a little disappointed. I'll just have to settle with her having defeated Julius on the Lunatic difficulty.

I’m not very good at FEH, and I still don’t really know what I did to beat this, but the biggest thing I remember is that Julius himself is a pain to deal with
Julius will probably be able to destroy Ishtar, bc of his high RES and his weapon. I personally had regular Reinhardt on my team and that’s how I learned that Julius tends to be a threat to ANY tome user regardless of color. And any distant attacker really. The best way to kill him is to use a high SPD lance or sword user, due to his low DEF and SPD. If you’ve got anyone who matches that, definitely use them. I used Fury Brave Roy myself.
Also, I tend to use Galeforce and specialty teams as a crutch myself. At least, I used an all cavalry team with two heroes with Galeforce and killed everything within turn 2 haha

I used an *all* mage team to beat it.
I had Katarina, Linde, Nino & PA Azura.

So yeah, using mages is definitely viable.
