A Julia with Res+/-Atk

I got my first 5* Julia on the Mystery Banner today and she's the complete opposite of the recommended stats. I want to make he into a Reinhardt counter since now she pretty HIGH resistance. Though I have an idea on the attack problem...

Should I invest in this Julia? (May still do it if the majority of people say no anyway...)

My own Julia, who I got from Hero Fest, is +SPD/-ATK and she still counters Reinhardt very easily. I run Fury 3 and Renewal. With the +1 ATK seal, she barely hits 50 ATK. I would recommend you put Death Blow 3 or Fury (to further increase her crazy resistance). I know -ATK is less than desirable but trust me, she is worth investing in. She blows all blue units away, including dragons. She has carried me through TT and Arena teams with relative ease.
