Julia IV's

So, got extremely lucky and picked up 2 Julias, one is -Spd/+Atk, while the other is -HP/+Res. Not sure if the extra atk is worth the drop in spd or if I should just play it safer with the second.

Julia is going to have low speed no matter what. I would take the Speed minus one and then throw a Bow or Tome breaker B on her from Robin (F). Then just build her offense up. Julia is actually good no matter what honestly as long as she's not Attack down imo. Not many of her other stats matter too much.
