Julia IV's

I feel like Julia's Speed is a bit too low to really salvage much anyways, so I would merge the Neutral one into the +Attack, -Speed one.
But, if you wanna save Dragon Fang so you can inherit it, then keep her, I guess.

I agree with Chibi. My Julia is also +Atk -Spd, and I merged her to +4. A +Atk Julia can oneshot alot of things with team support (Buffs), even some ninos and spring camillas and -spd julia will still double Reinhardt (if she doesn't oneshot him already.) She remains surprisingly bulky by sacrificing speed instead of hp, def or res. Add Fury/G Tomebreaker to that and you have the anti-meta mage that deals with alot of threats without batting an eye. With Dragon Fang up and an attack boost, she even oneshots triangle adept Sanaki.
