Is there a way to switch the voice over language of the characters from English to Japanese?
If you mean japanese voice but everything else is english then there is nothing like that in the game.
the closest thing to something like that is just changing the language in the settings. everything from text to voice will change into the language you choose.
so yeah.
Unfortunately, the closest I've gotten is either to play in Japanese (if you're comfortable with it) or play in Chinese (if you can read them). I haven't tried other language settings since I can do both Jap and Chinese so you can explore around (but it takes a lot of download data lol)
