Jaffar will finally be the Assassin we deserved

I waited to see what would be the effect on his upgraded Deathly Dagger and it's way above my expectations.
"Mages can't counterattack".
The attacked unit gets -10 dmg -7 res / def and the 2 spaces away units get -17 dmg (with Savage Blow given on C slot on Jaffar!).
I got a +atk -spd +1 Jaffar with a 35 speed.
My ideal build is a Windsweep 3 with Phantom Speed seal 3 in order to not get killed by Distant Counter units. The cost is the lack of second hit, but either way it would be hard to double all the fast mages even with +spd boon.
A dancer would be the best support for him. But the low bst's for Arena will still be a problem I guess.
What are your ideas about the latest form of Jaffar? It seems we can get many new builds of him.

Jaffar's gotta go fast as possible to kill any mages... except for those that are carrying Raventomes. But he does deserve a worthy mention at least.

I would say it's disappointing due to 2 reasons, Pain+ with dazzling staff upgrade and Kitty Paddle. Pain+ as well as its upgraded ability simply outclasses Deathly Dagger's intended gimmick and if you need a mage killer, go for Kitty Paddle.
