Jaffar IVs ?

In your opinion, what's the best IVs for a deathly dagger+eff/ windsweep Jaffar ? With phantom speed seal and maybe atk or speed smoke on the C slot
+spd - hp or +spd -def ?

Oh, and any advise for the A slot ? LnD 3, fury 3... Wasn't able to sacrifice a Mia for flashing blade btw

Considering HP allows you to survive both magical and physical attacks and Def physical only... I would take the -Def

Death blow would compensate the lack of raw power he has.

I'd go for +Atk if possible. Ideally +Atk -Def. I totally agree with what Magystone wrote.
Only one other point: The difference between Spd and Atk boon is simply the superboon in attack, so +Atk and Swift Sparrow are in any point more effective than +Spd and Death Blow.

So +Atk is a superboon? In that case you're totally right: +Atk with Swift Sparrow is much better

Note: +Spd boon is maybe better when you are using Flashing Blade. I sadly was never abled to try it out, but I'm a theorycrafter anyway.

Sacrificing that cutie Mia for her flashing blade is hard even for the most heartless summoner (also 'cause she's op)
