IVs for Tana

Just pulled another tana, she’s one of my favs and definitely will be giving here her refine when I get the dew. The one I currently have is -spd +hp, just drew a -atk +spd. Obviously neither are ideal, but in the most probable scenario where I never see another Tana as a f2p player, which one will do better. Want to use her effect refine, she’s got qr3, and steady stance right now
