IVs for Nowi

I've been having a pretty hard time getting decent IVs for Nowi but out of the ones I have which should I start with +atk/-spd or +spd/-def?

+atk, -spd is better. If you ever want to get a speedy nowi, then +spd, -hp is probably the way to go

+atk -spd is the better one, you want to preserve her def and res as much as possible, then it all depends on the build, if you're going to give her the strongest build with Steady breath+qr then +def -hp will be the best one, if you want to go for a budget set with fury then +spd -hp will work better
