ivs?

so while trying to get hrid, who never came home, i ended up getting L!Ryoma (+spd -atk) and L!Lucina (+def -spd) but the IVS seem fishy, so I was wondering if they were workable

I’ve seen some people using a +def L!Lucina with Atk/Def Link and Close Counter, though the speed bane is a quite bad. With a Speed +3 seal she will have a neutral speed, so maybe you can try that with Swift Sparrow.

Fliers can with very few exceptions handle atk banes by spamming goad fliers.

Lucina has actually improved her functionality against slow tanks. Her def can get into the 30s, and she doesn't need all of her spd.
