Use the +SPD seal. She'll probably be fine. Additionally, if you want to ditch Flashing Blade because of her (slightly) lower speed, give her Fury and Moonbow.
I suppose you could use fury on her, since with it she will be able to reach 40 spd again and she has some hp because of the boon. Life and death could work as well.
