IV rerolling?
As a man with a P!Azura, P!Oilivia, Elise, Bridal Lyn, Celica, Kagero, Delthea, Lucina, Lyn, and Corrin (M) all with -spd (i cri) I find that the most frustrating thing ever is to get a great unit with crippling IV's. it becomes really hard to optimize them for battle. Plus, a rerolling system would give use the power to alter the IV's of GHB units to optimize them even further. I was hoping that an IV rerolling system would be made with the sacred coins as payment, but alas im out of luck. What do you guys think woud be a decent system for rerolling IV's, i feel like feathers are a good thing to use as currency for rerolling, since i've mostly been evolving GHB units(at least they can't disapoint me)

You're not the only one who feels that way. Everyone has at least one unit they want that suffers terrible IV distribution. I'm no exception to this.
Many players wanted an IV re-roll system for a long time now, but some people like myself decided to accept what we have as is and try to be creative with them. It's not the end of the world and I'll bet that some of the units you have can still perform amazingly with the right skill investment. For example, Delthea with Lancebreaker.
In regards to payment for IV re-rolling, it's likely the currency will be badges combined with Orbs, since we acquire our heroes through summoning, so it's only logical to assume that way. And if that's a thing, I know I'd go ham with this.

Id like to see a system where you can just choose the IVs you want, but it would have to be tied to an extremely long CD timer - like a really hard dungeon that you can complete once-a-month, and maybe an additional time during special events.
I think that it’s cynical to say that IS would straight up charge in-game currency for the units. Well, maybe not cynical exactly, but at least I think they’re aware that many of the players who are most affected by the IV system are the ones who pay the least. Making a system to reroll that consumes even more of their limited orbs would just disenfranchise those people even more. I think that Nintendo (in this case I think Nintendo has the call, not IS) would only use a system to charge orbs in the tail-end of this game’s lifespan, trying to milk a bit more money from the dedicated players left onboard the ship that has taken on too much water to stay afloat. I imagine that day is a long way off for FeH (at least I hope so, I’m still enjoying it very much, even with all of its flaws. The free characters are just as fun, sometimes even more fun, than the ones you roll for - Xander, Camus, Valter, Black Knight, Arvis, and Arden have all been fun and powrerful, having unique skills/weapons that make them enjoyable to use.
