IV question for Seth

Hi everyone,
I am so excited that I got the final Seth to complete my +10 Seth project. However, to make my life complicated he has +Spd -Res to compete with my +Atk -Res. I have looked at all available sources and still can’t decide which one is better. I really don’t want to screw this up so I wanted to ask the public which one they thought was better?

For added context, he has a spd refined slaying edge and will generally be used on a horse emblem team.

Well, what's the rest of the build?

That is TBD right now. I right now I have fury 3 Swordbreaker 3 and fortify/Hone Calvary. Ignis as a special.

Either is fine if you're gonna keep that build. But in general, I say +Spd is better because nowadays everyone's a speed demon.

IMO go with +atk cause he does'nt have that high of a spd that he will double consistently at the very least he will negate doubles.

Should i use +def-res or +atk-res Seth for a low budget build? He will be 5*+4 (3 pitybreaker Seth...)

In general +Atk is better but if you want a super budget set using +Def works well with his base kit. I had a lot of success with a + Def -Spd build that just wanted to tank hits and proc Ignis
