IV & build problem

I just got a +res/-spd zelgius and i wanted to ask an optimal build for him with this "crap" ivs (I have 2 VL!Ike with warding breath and no steady breath atm).
Also I pulled a F!Grima +res/-hp and i don't know if I should build her to be player phase or enemy phase.
Finally, what should I do with a +hp/-atk gunnthrá?
