IV and Build Question

So sorry this question has a bit of multiple parts but I just got lucky enough to pull 3 5* on the new Bridal Banner at 3.25% rate, Amelia, B!Ike, and B!Ninian. Really feel like I shouldn't try summoning on legendary banner for sure now after this and getting a F!Morgan in 4 orbs from the stance banner, my lucks probably about to go terribly now.

So Amelia will probably just get merged into my +spd/-hp Amelia as the new one is +res which just isn't useful for her. B!Ike is +spd/-hp and I have an old one that's +atk/-spd so which one should I keep? Also B!Ike apparently likes me as this is now my 3rd, 1st one was free one that got foddered to Nowi. Yet I've not been able to summon any of the other brave units. Also unsure who might want SB from the extra B!Ike now, maybe Zelgius (+def/-atk) or maybe reason to begin building +atk/-hp Fae (an extra copy of her did appear along with these 5*s)?

And then the other question is how should I build +def/-hp (basically neutral?) B!Ninian because I want to use her? My flier emblem could really appreciate a dancer and right after it already just appreciated a mage tank addition in F!Morgan. I also kinda want her to replace Lancezura as my main blue dancer who really didn't have a whole lot of investment anyway, WoM maybe I gave her a didn't C skill for buffing but that's it. Note I don't really have any good flier C skills for B!Ninian.
