It's that time of the month again

20k feathers and I'm tempted to do stupid shit like giving Charlotte yet another cute lance to the collection.

Nominees:

- Berkut for his lance
- Michaelis, does Vantage synergise with his new Wo Dao effect? A-slot would probably lend to some Atk-boost skill, in that case
- Thought of F.Corrin but I'm lacking Fury and a potentially better B-slot skill
- Merric for potential Dark Excalibur

It's kind of crazy. Like, Charlotte's base Res is a mease 19...but then you add Fury, Berkut Lance's effect, it's +4 Res bonus and DD3 Seal and it bumps her up to 39 effective Res. That would take out her one real weakness.

Michalis is pretty strong, I’d even go as far to say that he’s a better user of the new Hauteclere than his sister. He has 2 strong premium builds and 2 powerful budget builds, making him easy to build and easy to invest in.

Other than that, I think F!Corrin is also a pretty nice investment now due to the new Dragon Breaths, however she’s quite expensive to build if you really want her to be more than a debuffer bot. This’ll also give you more Divine Dew since refining Dragon Breaths is never a bad thing IMO.

I wouldn’t do Merric unless you like theory crafting and building weaker units because he’s still pretty irrelevant, and you would have to spend 150 Dew on the guy just to make him workable.

Now, if you’re having absolutely no issues with any of the content and you don’t have any heroes you like and want to promote or invest in except Charlotte, than you may as well give her the lance. The collection value is what this game is about after all, and besides, having multiple options on a unit you run all the time is great since it let’s them handle more situations. Doing just that with my Felicia.

I don't see how F.Corrin is hard to build, and especially with the new tools at her disposal. I've been aiming for a +Atk Corrin even for the patch, and she's workable with stuff like Fury to really bring her Atk/Spd up. This is even less of an issue, considering you mention the new Breath updates.

But, again, I'm kind of need of Fury.

As for the tome, it's not for Merric unless I completely missed that it's exclusive to him and Sonya.

Lastly, it's good that you mention stuff regarding difficulty. I rarely ever come from a place of need, I mostly do it for the fun of it (albeit, Arena Assault is a thing and good characters are always useful).

Yeah, Dark Excaliber is exclusive to them since they’re both prf weapons, it’s like Dark Aura and Aura for Linde and Delthea.

As for Corrin, it’s not that she’s hard to build since you can just run Bonfire, Fury, Swordbreaker, Savage Blow, etc, it’s more that I think she wants premium skills to set herself aside from the other blues in the meta IMO, namely Speed invested Nowi or Nephenee, because all she really has with her budget set over someone else is a debuff or buff which Ninian can also run alongside her Dance. I’m not saying the set is bad by any means, but would you pick Corrin over your Charlotte or another blue for any specific reason?
