The Tempest Trials, oh boy although tedious to the max I'm very excited to get back into SP and Hero Merit farming!

By the way, how does the sacred seal Phantom Speed 1 work? It's a bit confusing to me

Out of theory I can only think of skills like Windsweep working with the phantom speed seal, because it's a skill which procs by comparing opposing speed stats. I'm also quite unsure tho.

It deals with skills like Windsweep, Watersweep, etc. On the defense, it raises the activation bar by 5 but on the offensive it lowers the activation bar by 5. So, instead of activating at unit’s Spd - foe’s Spd ≥ 1 Windsweep would activate at unit’s Spd - foe’s Spd ≥ -4.

Ah okay, thank you both, so you'd suggest it'd be useful on heroes who take advantage of these two skills then?

Or heroes that get taken advantage of by them

If in the future some plot skill uses speed then you can count that too.
All in all, it seems pretty bad right now.
