Is it worthy to give Takumi Astra?

I was looking through my units and noticed for the first time that my Virion has Astra. Is it worthy to give him Astra instead of Vengeance?

IMO no because the cooldown for astra is too long and takumi with a vengence setup synergizes well because they both require low hp.
