Is It Worth Giving Kitty Paddle To Kaze?

I have a -atk +spd HSakura, which I have got use out of, but im wondering if i should sacrifice my Sakura, Dagger Valor, and Warding Stance 3 just to give Kaze this one skill.

No, at least in my opinion. Kitty Paddle only inflicts debuffs on the foe if they're using magic, and only on that foe.

Barb Shuriken inflicts debuffs on the foe and units within 2 spaces of said foe. Not only that, but it can be refined for more resistance or speed.
