I’m trying to get Fjorm from the legendary banner because I think she’s actually pretty good (for what I have at least). I’m also kind of trying to snipe P!Azura but I haven’t gotten any greens yet so maybe not lol.
But am I an idiot for doing this? I only spent like 22 orbs. While I haven’t gotten her, I did pull an Odin and Peri so I’m not mad at all.

But eh, it's really up to you. I find it pointless since Fjorm was free, and I hardly even use her. I'd rather pull for Sanaki (Cymbeline refinement), Takumi (CC fodder), V!Ike (Warding Breath fodder) or Siegbert, which I got for my free pull.

But yeah I’m probably not gonna pull her. I also didn’t think I’d pull Myrrh and I did at the cusp of 90 orbs.
I’m kind of nervous if I do. Like would I potentially merge the neutral one? Or the extra? Or would I just use her for fodder?
It really depends on your IVs of your new one, and if you’d rather fodder her to another character.
If you have -ATK or -SPD, that’s a horrible bane. -HP is considered her best bane, -DEF makes it much harder for her to survive physical encounters, but -RES is probably a close second best bane. -RES does make it much harder for her to survive Reinhardt (impossible without buffs or other skills if facing a +ATK death blow variety), but other ranged units would take a couple points more damage from Fjorm’s Ice Mirror.
Attack boon is the best, followed by speed. I run a +ATK-RES in arena, and she’s a very strong unit.
From what I remember, most people were down on her because of her poor speed stat and inability to double, particularly the mages that her kit looks designed to bait. But now that we have a Quick Riposte seal, she'll be able to bait and hit the enemy twice, and not have to get rid of Shield Pulse, which in my opinion, is what her overall design was meant to center around.
Honestly I see her a great deal in arena these days. I think she is a fine unit.
It's not stupid, even if you get a bad IV's Fjorm you can use her for fodder or merge her.
Also, if you're sniping blues there's a chance you get a Brave Lucina instead and she's a very good support unit and S!Robin because she has Lance Valor and that skill grants you x2 SP to her and Lance allies if she survives, very helpful when you're grinding SP.
