Is it possible to get a Nowi with +def -speed?

I currently have six 4 star Nowi's and one 5 star but none of them are +def and -speed.

Only if you want her as a pure physical tank and if you don't plan to invest into her. With -Spd everything will double her, cutting her bulk immensly, specially against mage users.
With +Spd -HP, SPD refine weapon and SS she reaches 37 SPD, nothing can quad her and only the fastest can double.(And most of them are Red Swords, her prefered prey)
Pair her with a green armor buster and she carries ever arena.(Since the only thing that can damage her then are Bold Fighter Armors)
