Ishtar's best B skill

I pulled two Ishtar's today with very few orbs. I merged one into my +spd -def one. What is her best B slot assuming you run the rest of her default kit?

Desperation? Chill Spd? Chill Res?

Well, if you're running her default kit, then Desperation might not be the best for her (unless you're running something like Reciprocal Aid). Chill Speed is a good skill since it benefits the whole team, but it's not really that beneficial to her specifically since she's already at 39 speed, and she gains 10 speed when she initiates.

Chill Res is another good one since it allows her to deal extra damage to the unit, but if she's the only mage in the group, then it's only helpful to her specifically, and not the rest of her team.

She has no reliable way to get into Desperation range unless she's running something like Reciprocal Aid. That's why Fury is usually the best A skill to run with Desperation. You're dealing yourself damage so you can reliably (and somewhat safely) get into Desperation range.

Without that reliable self-damaging source, you'd have to rely on other units (AKA the enemy) to deal damage and hope your unit survives to get into Desperation range, and with her extremely low defense, and the obscenely high Distant Counter units, I, personally, don't see that being safe.

I do think Chill Spd is kind of the best one, but I feel like that would work better with a +atk IV although I am in no way complaining about getting a + spd hahaha
It does help her double all the +10 sword units like ayra, mia etc. so I think it will really help her.

Desperation. Cheap, simple, extremely effective.
You could also run teammates with the chills you suggested to support Ishtar even further.
