Ishtar vs lute

If you want a bomb/sweeper unit, Ishtar is your girl. Otherwise, Lute is a better choice. She's got a built in ploy, and you could run a double smoke on her for additional support.

It just depends on what you want to do.

Ishtar, like come on, she’s the goddess of thunder.

Lute has overall better magical bulk for exchanges and has better support potential than Ishtar due to having natural access to Ploys. On that note she also hits a bith harder due to having a bit more Attack.

However, Ishtar can fire her specials way faster due to Mjöllnir's cooldown reduction and works better as a glass cannon due to being faster that Lute and having natural access to both Odd-Attack Wave and Swift Sparrow making her offensive potential go sky-high during PP.

It honestly depends on your team comp and playstyle. If you're looking for a magical tank that can also provide support for your teammates via debuffs, then go with Lute.
If you want a glass cannon that can almost-instantly fire her specials and one-shot most enemies via Desperation then Ishtar might just be what you need.

I have both and for me Lute is better.
She has really hight resistence (mine is neutral), attack and not bad speed (with debbufs and Fury should be enough to double everything). Your Lute is even faster than mine.
She only fails on defense.

Build: Fury 3, Desperation, Res Ploy and Attack Ploy (seal).
If you have problems to double, then Speed +3 (seal).
She is a monster on a entire debuff focus team (Gunnthra, Spring Catria).
