I want to pull for Ishtar solely because I like the character, although she isn't my "Favorite character of all time". Akariss predicts predicts that winter and/or Nee years units will be on the next legendary banner. He has been 90% correct since after the second banner. So do I miss this opportunity and maybe never see her again like I have Lute? Or man up, think for myself and hope to God I get her? Because I still have chain challenges to do and will most likely theory craft teams and ask more questions tonight about those. So I just want second opinions before I put 6 hours into getting orbs I can just get later.

If you really like her go ahead, but if she is not much special just wait, she will be in the pools forever and a banner with her will appear some day too.

The summer units was in the LB before i don't think they will repeat soon, they probably will reappear when the new summer banner comes.
Well, Ishtar, if I'm correct, will be in the regular summoning pool, so it's not like she's a seasonal unit. (Can someone confirm that?)
You just have to prioritize who you want more. It's very possible that summer/winter units will be in the next B8 banner, so if you're wanting those units more than Ishtar, then I say to save.
Well, the thing is, if you want her go for her, don't let a simple prediction (which may or may not be true, there's always a first time) decide for you, simply go with your gut/your head and think it through.
If we compare her to Lute though, Lute has more res but Ishtar has, well....+10 atk and speed on odd numbered turns with a 1 turn moonbow thanks to Mjolnir. Once again, up to you.
