Ishtar and her tome

Like many other people, I’m hoping that the new banner is going to be a Thracia one. I’m also hoping that we’re going to get Ishtar, whether as part of the banner or as the GHB unit. I have been wondering how they are going to handle her tome, Mjolnir. In Thracia, it grants about 10 spd and 20(?) skill or something like that. In Heroes, for it to grant 10 spd would be insane so that’s out of the question. In Awakening however, Mjolnir falls under the category of killer weapons. The idea of a tome that accelerates special trigger cooldown in Heroes seems interesting, but the effect would be kind of... Underwhelming I guess? In addition to it accelerating special trigger cooldown, they could give it an additional effect. Having Darting Blow 2 or 3 built-in (DB3 seems a bit much to me so idk) or granting +3 speed seems logical to me, but it could be anything else... I don’t even know if she’s going to be added, but really hope that she will

The boost in fe4 for the legendary weapons are crazy for example forseti which gave an 60% avoid and 50% critical was insane Hopefully they justify the holy weapons of Fe4/Fe5

All I know is Ishtar is a boss multiple times in the second gen of Genealogy and *SPOILER* is in a relationship with Arvis's son, Julius.

She's irrelevant in Genealogy, I don't care what anyone says. Her role actually stands out in Thracia. Most people just like her because she's hot, but Febail just one shots her every time lmao.

I hope it's not gonna be lackluster like Lyon's tome was, I can't handle that.

Ishtar would be great. A Thracia banner is LONG overdue, its sad that it Leif isn't in the game yet :/
Whatever they do with her Mjolnir, I hope its not a case of Lyon's Nagflar or Berkuts Lance.

It's funny because Berkut's Lance is probably one of the most used lance weapons in game. lol

True at least Naglfar was a legendary weapon... Berkut's Lance+ made Berkut basically a pure fodder unit to Effie or others.

Nagflar is a legendary weapon as opposed to marisa getting just Wao dao instead of Shamshir

Inevitably, I think every fire emblem character will get their time in the sun at some point. So I think it’s a matter of time before your dreams are realized, much like my Ross desires. Anyway, into my rambling...

They still have a couple hundred characters they can use in-game, so even if they did a new unit banner every 2 weeks for the foreseeable future, assuming 3 banner characters and a GHB/TT freebie, they could still be going at this for at least another couple years. And with events like CYL and seasonal banners, legendary banners and others, they could easily have more than enough content to keep this app churning out new and fresh content for at the minimum another 5-6 years, and that’s assuming they don’t come out with new fire emblem games or introduce more new characters into the game.

Yeah the thought of fire emblem heroes being just four characters at a time didnt appeal to me in the start but now realizing the vast majority of character and skills they could put in the game they could keep it going for a good couple 3-4 years. They still have so many characters to put it Some great villians are missing from FEH (Ashnard Gangrel) etc
They still have beast units so thats another element that could shake up the game so they still got alot of stuff to throw at us should be interesting if they release beasts unit along with CYL units at the same time

Considering how they made Arvis' Valflame, it may have a Spd/Res Ploy effect. If they're using Awakening's version then accelerating Special trigger with a +3 Spd or Atk or +3 Spd/Atk (like Gleipnir/Ivaldi) on initiation sounds feasible.

I actually think a special cooldown reduction would be pretty interesting, since there's no tome that has that effect currently (bladetomes even have the reverse). A situational speed bonus or a spd ploy effect might come in-built with it too. At the very least, it'll also look cool.
