So I already have a good Ishtar with +atk -hp. While trying to get Lucina, I died with an Azura, and 2 other Ishtar with bad Iv’s. Do I merge her, or fodder for odd atk wave? If fodder is the answer, who should I give it to?
If you use Ishtar a lot, you should merge her, but I think that you better fodder one for Swift Sparrow and other for Odd Atk Wave. You can give Odd Atk Wave to Ayra (if you have her) or a flying fast unit, and just give Swift Sparrow to any other good fast unit you have (Mia, Lucina, Karla, etc.)
Eh... swift sparrow is available on 9 different units now. Odd Attack Wave is only on Ishtar, but I am sure we will see it again soon.
Either way, Ishtar is one of the strongest units in the game. I know having her +1 or +2 seems ho-hum for a couple extra stats, but she might be worth merging planning to eventually +10 her.
