Iote's Shield on Corrin?

I want to try to build Flier Emblem and have been considering changing S!Corrin's A skill in addition to giving her Blarblade and a different special. Until now, I've been fine with Swift Strike as it helps her proc Desperation, and she's -res (+def), so she can kill mages more easily. Flier buffs can help her with the former situation if I were to replace her A skill. With Michalis returning, I'm considering Iote's Shield so she won't be weak to archers anymore. Is this a good idea? Are there other A skills I should consider to make Corrin perform better? I'm gonna try to summon S!Camilla and raven build her regardless.

I wouldn't personally suggest it. Most archers you see anymore are pretty high power, meaning even without the bonus damage that 25 Defense is probably not going to be enough to protect her.

You want Fury for desperation range. My SCorrin can take out DC greens with ease when in desperation range. Granted she's +7 with 50 base speed.

No lol, there are much better A skills for S!Corrin, like Fury 3 and Life&Death 3

Yes, Iote's Shield is an amazing skill to have on Corrin. She is extremely weak to those arrows. She will be one-shotted no matter what. So Iote's Shield works perfectly, and with the flier buffs, she will be unstoppable.

Actually, it's better to just never get her in range of arrows and increase her offensive capabilities against other foes. If your Corrin is in range of archers you're doing something wrong.
