With Myrrh being a flying dragon unit, would Iote's shield nullify the effective against bonus from anti-flier weapons and falchions/Naga or just the anti-flier weapons

It was, but Intelligent Systems made a sudden change to Iote's Shield. Now, it's only effective against Bows, and maybe Excalibur? Not sure on the last one.

Excalibur is effective against fliers so yes, that tome's affected by Iote's.

No, if you read Iote's Shield description it says that nullifies effective against fliers bonus

It will only protect her from arrows and Excalibur.
