investedd time to reach a tactical team, any thoughts?

So lately i decided to get into a more tactical team, my old team was Julia(5*),Tiki adult(4*), Olwen(5*) and Kagero(4*). This worked well but it could be better. So i read about 20 treats at this page, re nearly 40 heroes to decide how my team needs to look and i came up with following result:
-keeping Julia 5* as a high dmg and range nuker who is strong against Dragons. The only cons i saw was the low def and speed whic made me getting following 2 charakters also in my team...
-Effie (still waiting till i'll get her) as a strong fist against books as mage and a wweapon against swordsman. such to that, she is a tank which allows me to let julia and effie push together. But effie is only usefull with more then 50% of her HP which made me getting a healer.
-Lon'qu(4*, becuase 5* not exist) as a balance for the low speed of julia, becuase lonQu can double nearly anyone which allows him to OHKO some red and nearly every green.(but weak against ryuma btw) because of +speed and high akt, he has low hp compared to other swordsman(or woman, dont get triggred), an other reason for putting effie in as a guarding tank.
- as last member and healer, Lissa because of her high HP(compared to other good healers) and the fact that she is the best choise for healong tanks because of her ability to heal 7+10 every second roundd and 7 every round.

after all, the team was not that bad in story line, but couldnt shine in the aren caused by a missing effie.
just let me know if i made any mistakes in my team and sorry for my bad english

The team is pretty good on paper. You have a really good idea with lon'qu, but he might not be the man for this job. You don't need a man to double axe users, but a more bulky red unit. I'm not exactly sure but I think Lon'qu does not do well against hector (the biggest problem to everyone's team). The adult Tiki or others like her should be better than lon'qu on this team. Her high def and res makes her a great counter to all greens except other Julia. I personally think she is better than lon'qu, but take my advice with a grain of salt.

Also, I see a small takumi problem on your team. Sure Effie can take a hit and kill him in return, but to have Effie to even hit him, she has to go in his range which may result in her hp going low. Adult Tiki might be able to help with this too, because even IF she takes a hit, she can counter then finish the next turn at near full hp if you heal her.

Besides the occasional hector and the very common Takumi in arena, your team is very solid. You have one of each color, someone to take hits and blow them back, high damaging unit. Those are all nice things to have on any team.

Since you don't have Effie yet, what unit were you using as placeholder? And what blue do you have

Currently using Olwen as blue since I got no luck with blue Characters, the only other usable blue I have is Cordelia...
Actually thought about using my tiki again, thanks for your reply and confirmation about that, and isn't Julia quiet effective against takumi, too since she brings him extremely low if he is +Hp ^^. Btw what do you think about having Chrom,Hanna or Seliph as a red one? If I decide to choose tiki I probably will get her on 5* :D
