Innes help

I have a def+res- Innes, and I don’t know how to build him...
Any suggestions? If it helps I almost have enough divine dew to refine Nidhogg (for any refine like special effect, more speed, etc.) and I have Takumi for close counter fodder.

With a Res bane, I think he can still function well with his dragon/mage sweep refine. Mine has Atk/Res Bond (Atk/Spd Bond or Sorcery Blade would probably be optimal), Wings of Mercy, and Def Ploy 3.

WoM helps him get next to allies for Nidhogg's -owl effect, but I also have QR on mine since he's -Spd and still makes a decent mage counter.

Follow-up, I don't really consider him a good candidate for CC, even with the -owl effect and DEF boon, since he'd probably rather use that A-slot for boosting stats, and CC doesn't synergize with his special refine.

If you give him his refine then it won't really matter. Give him somethimg else to boost his defense as well and you could have a nice trickster unit as people wouldn't expect it
