I didn't like the idea because any bow can do it without worrying about spd (which is an issue against DC Ayra) using firesweep. Also, he only has two slots (C and S) for messing with people, whereas daggers will mess them up a lot worse - smoke dagger double savage blow, rogue dagger double smoke, Peshkatz double savage blow, you name it.
