Inheriting Bold Fighter 3

I have two Hardins, with one being used. (+Res / -Spd)

The other Hardin is +Spd / -Res, the fodder.

I’m considering foddering off BF3 for my +Atk / -Res Zelgius.

Fodder the +Spd / -Res Hardin. He really would love to preserve his magical bulk, and his speed isn't even that high.

There are others.

I intend on keeping Vengeful Fighter 3 for H! Jakob and M! Grima.

I have a +Res / -Spd VL! Hector but that’s pretty much it.

I don’t have any units in my mind rn that I intend on putting Bold Fighter in the future other than a +Atk / -Spd H! Jakob. (I have a +Def one)

Hmm, not super-likely that you'll get +atk even if you pull H.Jakob again. I'd plan on vengeful for now and you can pull for bold fighter again if he does come +atk.

So I guess yeah, give Zelgius bold fighter. I'm not so sure about IVs though. I'm not a Hardin expert. I'll just give you a pointer or two.
- His atk is not enormous, so you probably want to fire a special, which means -spd is probably an advantage if you're not using a breath skill, both for extra res and to force his opponents to give him an extra special charge.
- In PvE, 31 spd does block a decent number of doubles. 33 at max ally support.

Thanks for the insight, I’m thinking which breath should I go for him. Preferably Steady Breath, since I still value my V! Ike greatly.

(Barely use B! Ike nowadays)
