Im not sure if anyone knows the requirements to reach S rank with summoner support "because I can't find a guide in this site". Anywho this is my results running the chapter 1 & 2 Chain Challenge on Normal difficulty with only Fjorm(if that effects anything)
C rank. 3-4 battles
B rank. 16-18 battles
A rank. 32-33 battles
S rank. 50 battles
Hopefully this helps those who didn't know how to easily do it, cause this seems guaranteed!!(plus enemy units are easy af!!)
I've always just grinded one of the 10-Stage Chain Challenges (the one with Ike and Veronica) in NM. I think around two whole rounds or less gets you to A-rank, but S-ranking seemed at least twice as much as much...
It's actually something good to know, if you're someone who tends to switch around some S-supports. I used to switch them a decent, but I finally settled with Sanaki.
This is incorrect. The correct numbers are:
C rank. 0 battles
B rank. 8 battles
A rank. 24 battles (32 cumulative)
S rank. 40 battles (80 cumulative)
A battle will only count if the unit engages combat with at least 1 unit that is level 35 or higher. The unit does not have to kill any foe nor even survive.
Also this is for the first time only. After you have reached ranked S once, regaining support in the future will require only half the battles (40 total from C to S)
