Infantry rush Meta?
Yeah so this skill is Insane, actually It's good but has a kinda tight requirement, having to have the unit with Infantry rush close to other units which is not always possible.
So We might see this in arena more often.
BUT I'm not gonna summon for her but if I do my Marth will have a new toy.

Tight might be a too harsh of a word, But my point still stands cause think about it you won't always be able to position you units properly and IF the unit that benefits from the heavy blade effect is on the other side of the map then Infantry rush is useless if the unit that is near does'nt have that high of an attack stat. But still it's good.

I see people mention it being really good but I don't know if it's worth summoning for at least for me personally.
Just looking at my 2 most used units infantry units recently:
Iceberg Wrath Fir, while I can see her getting some value out of it at times it seems like it would be inconsistent in its benefit to her
Ishtar, she's honestly like the infantry mage that benefits the least from it, it's useless to her if she's using Mjolnir Moonbow. Unless you use blade tome on her, but I personally enjoy Mjolnir's cooldown reduction especially when paired with QP.
Obviously there are probably other units I have that can benefit, like LnD Lucina possibly, but at least when it comes to some of my main units recently they'll be fine without it.

Infantry Rush is certainly a standout skill this banner but the tricky question is... who is the best all-purpose inheritor for team building?
Most teams are case-by-case basis, but can you imagine this on powerful buffing units or support-dancers? Buffing units like Ephraim, "Spectrum-Drive" Marth. or Aura Linde/Delthea would be insane-- especially the latter two since they'll grant +6 attack to their teammates (example: uber deathblow Lilinan would love this.)
Another thing to note is that because of the 2-space requirement, would it be easier for enemy-phase teammates that can stick closer more easily?

There are too few builds that rely on, or can take advantage of infantry Heavy Blade. It's a neat skill but a) you have to be within 2 spaces of whatever units has it b) you still have to have higher Atk than your opponent and c) you have to have a skill that's conducive to the extra special timing.
Take Dorcas for instance, and say for the sake of argument he has higher Atk than his opponent and is within Infantry Rush range. If he is initiated on, and is running a 2CD special like Glimmer, it will still proc on his second (QR) hit - same if he's running a 3CD special like Bonfire. Yet is he's running Aether (with his base kit) it still won't activate on the first round of combat, even with the Heavy Blade effect active.
Obviously this is a specific example, and there's things you can do like run QP seal, but I think you get my point - it's still situational and requires planning to make it work, so I doubt it will shatter the meta or anything like that.
