Improve on AR Castle?
Can this get any more broken?
EDIT:
I have actually tested this:
v
1) Since no one apparently knew, it always sends Veronica first, because she can't lose if she initates.
2) Catria and Ryoma can't reach anyone that Veronica can't, so back to point one. Also, Catria has draw back, so the game uses that on Veronica in a lot of scenarios.
3) Unless your tanks can counter Dazzle staff, which is impossible, no, they would not survive 2 or 3 hits in single turn against Veronica.
4) Galeforce can't work (mostly), because from the actual battle view, you can't tell if a trap is real or not.
5) AI's (in AR) don't move unless you are in range, or it's turn 3.

Actually yeah they may lose. It depends on the Grima or Surtr and if the player under control is a smart one (which normally they are but I digress).
If Grima is badly positioned, he could get 1-2 tapped by Ryoma after getting massively debuffed by Veronica.
And Surtr could probably avoided getting two tapped but would be super weak after the battle.
In other words, maybe but it's very risky to even take them on from that pov.

I like the Surtr talk, he really isn't that strong. Like any armor unit, he is just intimidating. To actually answer the question though, the dancers actually wouldn't attack him, unless Veronica, Genny, and Catria were all dead. So the counters would be Genny and Veronica, which would both win because of Dazzling.

Okay so the major outlier here is a galeforce unit that could potentially run in there and cause so major chaos.
Other than that, a really good mage bait like Julius could tank both of those no problemo, only Ryoma would be a problem and if you plan it right Olivia will dince Veronica, not Ryoma.
Furthermore, another major outlier is green raven units since they can tank four of your units and take barely any damage, with only Olivia being a threat, and even then I don't think most of the units would enter WoM range (assuming she has WoM) since they wont take damage from Cecilia (assuming the common Cecilia) due to her killing them outright on player phase.
There's also tanks like Hector, Surtr, and M!Grima but these require a bit more planning and positioning since the healers can wreck some havoc on a finely pushed team.
Oh and they could break through all the pottery with a bunch of units and then snipe your Olivia, fall back using alot of reposition shennanigans and then just tank the ranged units before clearing them out (my strategy with a Rein, a dancer or two, a tank (M!Grima, Surtr or L!Hector again) and Ike.
TLDR; There are some enemies that can pretty much invalidate your setup but they're awfull specific (though common since green ravens are pretty useful since Lyn/Rein/Veronica are still a major thing)

micaiah pretty much facetank veronica on the lightning trap.
veronica have 46 atk, double DD micaiah have 43res.
and your dancer cant reach veronica, so the 2nd one who's coming is catria, because she is danced by ryouma, she have 46atk, while micaiah have 43res even after debuff, so she will fall due to thani on the 1st turn.
then genny will come down, but olivia cant reach her, so she just go somewhere left.
then micaiah and the party can just back 2 spaces, leading veronica charge blindly, dealing 3 damage twice again. she'll stand on that lightning trap now.
olivia will move somewhere down.
and then this time genny will most likely get danced by ryouma, also stand near veronica, if olivia not blocking ryouma of course.
so it takes only 3 turn to almost completely eliminate your team if the raider have micaiah. And not only micaiah, everyone who can tank veronica and kill catria most likely complete this map, green TA raven QR will probably work too.

Actually look at the map, Catria cannot be baited without taking care Veronica. There is NO way around that. Simple attack order logic, the game will always attack with characters that can't/ won't die first, Veronica cannot be blocked, or killed, during her phase, so she will ALWAYS attack before Catria, Ryoma, and Olivia. The dancers always tag Veronica also, so she will make 2-3 attacks in that turn.
Veronica also waits for you to enter her range (+1 space if dancers are available) and won't move down.
But you know, you could just not understand the game too and get wrecked and shipped by simple attack plans. You kinda learn these things after beating every FE game on the hardest available difficulty (Shadow Dragon's Merciless imo being the hardest).

veronica attack above the gravity trap dealing 0 damage.
catria come draw her back.
ryouma go in and dance catria.
catria go suicide.
clear ?
your dancer only have 2 move, so they cant reach veronica.
I am not sure how did you get this idea that your dancers can somehow dance veronica 2 times.

TA + raven with a res buff. You can chip all you want; you'll never get through the final 1HP. Meanwhile they 1HKO Veronica with a glimmer, dance, probably get rid of Genny, or the rest of the team cleans up. I would be surprised if I had more than a little trouble with this.
