Imagine a build por Faye...

Imagining on how to spent my feathers, I've thinking on a challenge: Faye. I have one -def +res. Always I've seen Faye like a bad unit, but spending a few feathers, and a lot of SP... This is the build:

Guardian bow+ (Res)
Reposition
Iceberg/Glacies
A: Fury, Distant Defender.
B: Quick Riposte
C: Attack Ploy
Seal: Distant Defender

With this, my Faye, which has 34 res, would be 37 with the bow, 40 if using Fury. If you have Fury, her resistance defending is 52, and 55 if you have another Distant defender instead of fury.

The main problem here is SP, but this build creates a super magic-tank Faye. What's your opinion?

If the only problem is SP, farm for it during double SP days on chain challenge maps (usually Ch.1-2 third one) with a healer and two dancers. Otherwise, this build is viable. It saves you stamina in the long run but because the maps have preset enemies, you will be facing a variety of units and some can give her trouble. That's why I recommend 1 healer to tag along. Also if you cleared a chain challenge, you won't get the max SP so be sure to check on that. It must be the third one because all enemies are guaranteed lv. 35+ to qualify for SP gain. Just surrender on the final map then repeat.

Honestly, I think Innes is better at filling the role of a dedicated magic tank as an archer, but guard bow is definitely one of the better bows for Faye since she does have a good mixed bulk for it. Unfortunately, I think this level of investment is better spent on Halloween Jakob who fills the same role much better if you're investing this far on an archer.

I think this build would be so much better if you didn't have a def bane, as it would allow her to be more of a mixed tank (magic + missiles) than now, but I think you can still make her tank bows and daggers with this build. On the magic side, it will work perfectly, no doubt about it.

As for the grinding methods, i also recommend chain challenges on normal difficulty, but bear in mind that the latest the chapters are, the more ennemies there is on each map, which means more SP. It is better tho to have a smooth sail through each chain challenge, and to not forget to completely surrender on the last map, otherwise you SP gain will be divided by 3 when no multiplier is around.
