I'm slightly angered.
Chances are Cecilia's main dagger effect is likely going to be the same as Fae's breath.
It slightly angers me because I could really use a dagger like that for Kaze, but Cecilia is a Tempest Unit, so I'm not foddering her off.
I can only hope it's not gonna be the same.

I can understand being a collector and maybe, at one point in time, wanting to +10 a unit(I'm the same way). But I don't quite see the issue with foddering off a unit that you can still +10 afterwards. Sure, you shouldn't be hasty and fodder multiple off for kicks and giggles, but a single unit loss shouldn't mean too much.
If an occasion comes up of where I need to use Sheena competitively again, I'm definitely giving her Dorcas' axe for that perma Guard.

I just find Grails to be meant more for +10ing rather than fodder. Each person has a way they play, and I feel foddering limited copy units goes against my way. As a collector, I find these limited copy units special, because I can only get this unit this many times. (You don't have to feel the same.) I don't want to mess up and not help them reach their full potentials. Plus, I need 1000 Grails total if I want to make a Berkut merge project. Then likely Canas afterwards. I have not spent a single Grail yet, and I'm only around 20 away from 500.

You do get 2 copies of this "limited" unit. There shouldn't be any harm in killing one for a more invested unit. You would still have a single one available in terms of collection.
I think +10 a Tempest Unit has the largest investment, so unless she is a super favorite character of yours (moreso than Berkut) then you shouldn't sack one. There's little to no value to +1 the Tempest unit too. That's more wasteful than not foddering one off. So with 20k feathers you can still enjoy a 5* version, and sack one off to make your devoted Kaze better.
