I'm pretty sure the next chapter will be the last of Book 2.

I think it might be two:
First the ritual that needs to be stopped.
The spotlight can be on secondary characters here (the Muspel generals)
Then a final chapter with Surtur's death

Maybe.......
But I hope we get more story cause I wanna know more what happened to Helbindi in full detail and get more orbs(#more chapters = more orbs)
BUT
Even if Surtr will be defeated I think that will not be the end, Cause I vaguey remember it but either Surtr or Loki said that they will force Leavatein(IDK the spelling) to do the rite making her the new Surtr, then Leagjarn depending on what the writers will do, Either Make her join us to defeat her sister so she will not suffer OR Still fight for her sister cause she loves her even if she knows that it hurts her(Kinda like what Ishtar did for Julius)cause Leagjarn DID say to not do the Rite but could'nt bear to kill her own Sister.

Though that's just What i want to happen.

Considering were at 2.9 now, I think it's a safe bet.

Victorious in battle and having saved the two princesses, the player’s characters retreat. Surtur lays dying with his daughters. His final breath, “The Rite has started, and my death counts as one sacrifice. Which of you will lead our people next?” The two women, horrified, lock eyes. One draws her blade.

This chapter was actually rather interesting, so I wouldn't mind if they made one or two more as interesting as this one. I've found it far more interesting than the plot in Book I.
