I'm nervous about this L!Banner...

Idk. I just am.
On one hand, I feel like it's been forever since the last one, so I want it to be worth when it has potential not to be.
On another hand, it has the potential to be a Fates charater. Which I won't mind, but a lot of other people will just because it's a Fates charater which means we might have another Salt War *shudders at the rememberance of the L!Lucina salt*.
On another hand, if it isn't a character I or other people are anticipating, then we have to wait even longer for that charater to get a Legendary alt, if they even get one at all.
Idk, there's a lot I'm nervous about with this uppincoming banner. What do you think?

I mean, I wouldn't mind. Partially because I'm a Fates baby, but more so because I've learned from the L!Lucina stuff that we should come to expect these charaters.
But that's exactly what I'm worried about, that people are going to hate because it's another Fates charater when we should just forget about it and not pull if we don't want to.

My issue here is you're basically defending really poor character development and writing.

Hey, i won't deny that Corrin is a bad charater. I love Fates but I absolutely agree with that. And that Fates was pretty poorly written and has mostly bad charaters. But Fates got me in the series and I'm forever grateful for that.
I'm just saying that people should expect these types of Legendaries by now. Corrin is very inevitable. And now is possibly their time. If it is, let's get them out of the way so we don't have to worry about them anymore.

i feel the same way as you. i really want legendary roy, eliwood or alm tbh. but i have my doubts on this one too :(

I and others REALLY want Eliwood with the Rex Hasta. It would make so much sense. I hope it happens, Eliwood needs proper exposure and spotlight. Plus the Blazing Trio needs to be completed.

I just hope the character skills and art are nice.

Wasn't the biggest fan of Lyn and Lucina. They just looked like their brave version.
Ryoma was kinda ehh too, but that's because I don't like kenshi's

I hope Eirika guess a Legendary version... not now, but yes in a future.
She deserves it since she is one of the two main characters from FE8...
I mean, if Xander/Ryoma have legendary versions, EIRIKA has to have another one.

Yessss... Just imagine L!Eirika as a Sword Cav with Thunder Sieglinde (grants follow ups when near allies), Lunar Brace as her exclusive skill (that grants Def/res -30% on special) and with some sickass Sachiko Wada/Asatani Tomoyo art

If it's a character I vaguely like, I'm gonna be tempted to pull for them. Even though I've only got 20 orbs and I still haven't gotten a Nina or Ophelia. 😤

I'm hoping it's Micaiah, Eliwood would also be fine. But I'm nervous at a potentially Fates character as I won't really want them but I'll likely summon on blue because Spring Catria will likely be on the banner. And I want her cause I didn't get her on her original banner, I'm still sad that a 5* Peri pitybroke me back then. But if it's a Fates character hopefully they'll have something good to fodder at least.

IS is probably really cautious about these Legendary Hero banners, especially after what happened with Lucina. But to be fair, there is a simple solution for people who don't like the new Legendary Hero: just don't pull on the banner.

I honestly don't mind who becomes a Legendary Hero bc in the end it's the skills that define them, not necessarily their character.

Idk why people go in with expectations. And, based on Legendary trends, they seem to always focus on main plot relevant heroes who are also very popular. So, if you ARE going to theorize, if you're not using that as your baseline, you're doing it wrong.

I understand your concers, although I'm that type of person, who will summon for any legendary hero, because I love building a team for AA around them afterwards. I'm weird that way.

I personally don't care what game they are from, but I will admit we are due for a Jugdral-based Legendary. Perhaps a lance-wielding Sigurd or Seliph. And this is from someone who has yet to play Genealogy and was brought in with Awakening.

Seliph is the most unrepresented Lord in heroes. Came out the gate terrible, and after refine was terrible. I wonder if he will ever see justice.

Was he from Thracia? I've never played it yet. I didn't know he was an actual lord I thought it was Leif.

I'm nervous too. Ever since someone suggested the idea of blue dragon Roy or mage Roy I've been wondering if that's actually a thing they'd do. Maybe even blue dragon Alm or blue bow Alm. I mean why not at this point right? They kinda did it with Lyn and I'm pretty sure blue dragon Roy would get tons of whales.

Lance flying Camilla with Earth blessing (and heavy-ish armor) and I'm down.
