Hi, I just got an Ike from the Hero fest banner and his IVs are +HP -Attack and I gave him attack +1 in his s skill spot. Is there any skills I can give Ike to reach his full potential?

The first Ike I got in World of Radiance had the same IVs. If you give him Threaten Atk, he can still use Heavy Blade since he'll be able to outmuscle a majority of the cast. Other than that you can give him positioning skills, Quick Riposte, and Vantage depending on your playstyle.
You'll have to pass on Heavy Blade & Aether, but there are plenty of other options that work on him.
Fury + Vantage is a classic combo that can work.
You can also use Quick Riposte if you use a different A skill than Fury. Maybe Sturdy Blow, or Close/Distant Defense if you have it.
