Ike IV Question

This morning I got lucky and pulled two Ike's. I am planning on merging them but I don't know which would be better for a defensive anti ranged character, one is +def-hp the other is +spd-att.

Don't merge them. His A passive, "Heavy Blade", is a really good passive. It has potential to be inherited for future units to come. Not to mention, neither of those IV's seems worth merging one into another.

Seconding what Asian said, definitely save him for inheritance fodder. I'm out of curiousity how many orbs u use? Plan on dumping 60 on payday for hopefully another Ike with better iv's

I used about 65 but I've been saving for a bit. Also I only went after red orbs

I also agree with that unless i get a +atk, +spd/ -def,-res i wont be merging granted his stats are good enough it wouldnt make a major difference. but a -atk is bad and your other doesnt help his offensive.
