Ike, Elincia, or Ninian?

I saved up about 48 orbs as of now and I'm very conflicted who to go for. I tried for Ninian early but the game only gave me 2 blue orbs in 4 summon attempts and made me paranoid to try and go for her again.
However each of these heroes would be very beneficial to my roster in their own ways
-Ike would be another Top Tier Red, which while I may have Xander and Ryoma, having a 3rd helps dramatically with Arena Assault and I prefer defensive play with DC units
-For Elincia I do have the capabilities to make a Flier Emblem team because I do have a Hinoka, even if I don't have the seasonal mages. So I can make the most of her on a Flier Emblem team, although it's still a WIP and not close to finalized
-I don't have any other dancers besides Olivia so the dancing support would be amazing. The game is currently trolling me though and giving me tons of red orbs when I try and go for Ninian.

Maybe I'm a little too paranoid from bad RNG but who should I dedicate the rest of my orbs to try and get?

Don't go for Ninian, as I believe that she doesn't even exist. Spend all my orbs and only got half a dozen FCorrins.

I believe Ninian exists, when I get one (not with this banner, as I don't have any orbs anymore).

Go for Elincia, she is pretty game breaking.
You already have Ryoma, so Ike is kinda redundant.
Maybe you should pull just red and blue from Elincia's banner. Maybe you'll get lucky and score a Nephenee, too.

I was fortunate enough to get a Nepheenee earlier, and thankfully she's been kicking major butt for me in the Tempest Trials <3

Go for Elincia and take advantage of all those red orbs. She's one of the best Brave Sword users in the game, and my -HP +Atk wipes the floor with Tempest Trials.
