If you were a FE character...
This would be me if I were in Fire Emblem.
Delta tome: If unit's HP >=50% at the start of combat and unit has weapon triangle advantage, unit can make an automatic follow up attack and for cannot counter if unit initiates combat.
(Its a mouthful, I know, but I like it)
Eclipse Special (3 turn cool down): Resolve combat as if foe suffered Def/Res -30% and heal 30% damage dealt. (Basically a weaker Aether)
Atk/Res smoke is just version 2 of each smoke skill respectively.
What do you all think? This is just my base kit and stats.

A skillset that you posted could actually be introduced on a unit.
If I were a FE character it would probably be a person with an oversized sword, which he can't almost even handle (imagine Cloud from FF7 or any other anime character with a huge sword), who is tired of everything inteligence related, which turned him to absolutely despise magic.
He would be an infantry swordsman with abysmal resistance, solid defense and hp, lower speed and absurdly high attack.
Weapon: Greatsword (after attacking an enemy, deal the same amount to enemies standing in 2 spaces around target)
B: Hit & Run
C: Stored-up frustration: activates at the start of battle: If any enemy is a magic, staff or dragonstone user, unit gains unobstructed movement and receives 1 extra move (space).

Weapon-Rimefrost: Mt:16- Grants Atk+3. If unit Spd-foes Spd is greater than or equal to 1, unit granted +10 damage when special activates. Stacks once.

Special-Bifrost: Deals damage equal to half off units Spd- foes Spd. CD-3

Weapon- Shield (that's the name) 16MT. (Refined Effect) Grants +6 DEF/RES when initating combat.
Special: Freezer Burn (inheratable) 4 charge special. Adds 50% unit's DEF and RES to next hit.
A: Bracing Stance 2: +4 DEF/RES when attacked.
B: Shield Bash: If unit's DEF +3 over the foe, grants the effect of Guard.
C: Ward Armor
Does no damage, takes no damage. At least until the special drops.
