You sure you want to limit your allies to simply +7 merges? Even unmerged units destroy fully merged units when they have the correct builds. In any case I have +7 Tana and +8 Amelia because they just show up so much even off focus.

Is unmerged Rauoblade+ W!Tharja w/ armor march and Aether good enough?

I have a +6 Grima on mine if you want. I'm using a Steady Breath/Bold Fighter/QR seal build with Aether.

Edit: I also have a +10 Ike and a +10 Nowi I sometimes put there.

Got a +10 Cecilia with TA Raven build if you want that.
