For example, If I have +5spd then enemy and I attack knowing I get countered, is it better to go 'Moonbow and +3 Attack Seal' which will activate in my second attack or go 'Luna + Quickened Pulse Seal' which will also activate in my second attack if get countered once?
So since I attack twice, with +3 Seal I will do +6 damage whereas I do additional 20% of enemy Def ignored for Quickened Pulse. Is +6 better or 20% enemy Def ignored (30 Def x 0.20 = 6).I calculated that enemy has to have 30 Def or higher for Luna + QS to deal more damage while 30 Def or lower for MB +3 Atk

I suppose if you really wanted to get into it, you could look at all the units your unit doubles, and see if more of them have 30+ or <30 defense.
Or, you know, just run it through a calculator which will essentially do all that work in about 45 seconds.
