Also, that's why Windsweep suits him well. He's not fast enough to double at budget, but he's fast enough to take advantage of it. (You'd just need Threaten Speed, now. Not hard to get.)
Yeah that skill should not be so rare. I'm hoping that when they hopefully demote some old 5*'s that og Hinoka is one of them, and that she has hone fliers at 4*.
