Ideal users of Firesweep Sword?

So I have a few options in mind, that being Soleil, Hana and Draugh. Is there any other alternatives for a Firesweep Sword unit and what would be a great budget build? Because
I usually slap on some rare skills on a unit and 'then it's fine,' but really it isn't.

Life and Death is generally all you want on Firesweep users.

Well, bold fighter and death blow and his mediocre speed? Wouldn't that work?

What a waste :\ if you aren't running Armor March, your guy is never gonna be in range to hit anyone. I would rather run Brave Sword and Bold Fighter, which makes a lot more sense.

I guess that makes more sense, I went with that set to maximise he's Atk, but your right it is a waste.

Soleil is probably the best, and that's her default.

Draug can be quite fast if you invest in his speed. It helps significantly that he can receive hone armour. However, I find his defense too good to be using firesweep, plus he has a mobility issue.

Yeah I was thinking that as well, mobility is everything. Lol
