Idea for Oliver's refine

So Oliver was not given a prf weapon, despite his beauty. However, he has great potential to be a tank, but just doesn't have the power to do it right now. Taking the tome Nosferatu from his games, it heals for what he hits for. Of course, that's a bit too broken. So here's my idea of what it should be.

Nosferatu
14 MT
Restores 30% of damage dealt when Special triggers during combat.

Unit automatically makes a follow-up attack if attacked at HP ≥ 50%.

The idea behind this is that he gets to heal a small amount due to his weapon, and he has a handy QR built in so he can run something else in his B-slot. It would help his beauty be usable beyond a simple res tank. Any thoughts? Improvements?
