Idea for F!Corrin refine

F!Corrin recently got powercrept by Adrift M!Corrin, which saddens me. She was my first +10 and deserves something to set herself apart. Here’s my idea.

Weapon skill:
After combat, if unit attacked, inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res -6 on target and foes within two spaces of target through their next action. If foe’s range =2, calculates damage using the lower of foe’s Def or Res.

Possible Refine effects:
1.) If foe initiates combat and suffers from a debuff (Threaten, Movement Penalty, Panic, etc), inflicts special cooldown count +1 on foe during combat.

2.) At start of combat, if foe is suffering from a debuff, unit gains a +6 bonus to Atk during combat.

I like the idea of using her base Breath effect (debuffing) to her advantage.

Not sure how I feel about the effect, though. The refine pretty much limits her to enemy phase, which is okay I guess, but the reward for having the enemy debuffed could be something different, like increase her attack by a certain amount (which she needs help with because her attack is low), or decrease the enemy's defense by 6 during combat (so the effect stacks with the base effect debuff).

I see what you’re saying about the refine. It is rather limiting.

Maybe something like:
At start of combat, if foe is suffering from a debuff, unit gains a +6 bonus to Atk.

What if she got a Dark Breath that also inflicted a status that made debuffs double, like a reverse of Exalted Falchion's static stat effect?

That would be really cool. If she did give out a debuff-doubling status, though, I feel like the amount she actually debuffed would have to be lower. If we go with the base Dark Breath effect, she’d be hitting people with -14 to Atk/Spd which I think is excessive.

I like the idea though. It would be something entirely unique to her (at least for a while).

I mean some would say that bladetomes or the Exalted Falchion effect is bonkers. And debuffing Corrin F is a high investment set for questionable payoff, given her low attack and want for more speed if she is running Windsweep/Watersweep. (Possibly while she wants these stats she is also forgoing an A skill for Distant Counter.) She faces real stat crunch on the debuffing skillset, and the sweep skills don't even cover everything.

Maybe that is in fact what she would want on a debuffing PRF, a unified sweep effect similar to how Urvan has a unified Deflect skill effect.
